CUPE Metro holds elections every 2 years to have a member delegate of the Council sit on each of CUPE BC’s committees.

At the Council level, the CUPE BC Education Committee member is also the Registrar for CUPE Metro sponsored CUPE union education courses. The current Registrar is Susan Heard (L. 561) and she can be reached at metrodistricted@gmail.com

We also create ad hoc committees for our fundraising and outreach activities such as the annual International Women’s Day lunch event and the Ken Davidson Memorial Golf Tournament. Delegates are invited to volunteer for these.
